Where to find it

Where’s my tracking number?

Bought from an online store?

Check the shipping confirmation email or the order page of the store you bought from. DropshipDuo fulfills orders on behalf of online stores, so that store is your contact for questions about your order.

Each shipped order shows its tracking number in your dashboard, and the number is synced back to your store automatically so your customer is notified.

No tracking number yet?

The number is issued when the parcel ships. Orders are sourced, inspected and packed first, so it can take a little while after the order is placed.

Tracking statuses

What your tracking status means.

  1. Info received

The carrier has the shipment details but hasn’t scanned the parcel yet.

  2. In transit

The parcel is moving through the carrier network. International parcels can go several days without a new scan between countries.

  3. Customs clearance

Customs in the destination country is processing the parcel. Import duties or taxes may need to be paid before it’s released.

  4. Out for delivery

The parcel is with the local courier and should arrive soon.

  5. Delivered

The carrier has recorded the delivery. If you can’t find it, check your mailbox, safe places and neighbors.

  6. Exception

Something needs attention — a failed delivery attempt, an address problem or a customs hold. Follow the carrier’s instructions.

FAQ

Tracking questions, answered.

Why isn’t my tracking updating?

New tracking numbers often show nothing until the carrier’s first scan, and international parcels can have gaps while moving between countries. Check again in a day or two.

Check around your address and with neighbors, and allow a day — parcels are sometimes marked delivered early. If it still hasn’t arrived, contact the store you bought from so they can open a claim with the carrier.

Customs may need more information or payment of import duties and taxes, which are set by the destination country. Follow the instructions from the carrier or customs office.

Contact the store you ordered from as soon as possible. An address can usually be corrected before the parcel ships, but not always afterwards.
